Education Assistance
*Note: this benefit varies by operating unit.
Reimbursement for education expenses will be approved on a case-by-case basis and will require prior review by the employee's supervisor. Once approved, full-time employees will be reimbursed for the cost of tuition, books, and fees required in the pursuit of job-related undergraduate or graduate level education upon receiving a grade of B or better.
Part-time employees work 20+ hours per week are reimbursed a prorated amount based on their part-time work schedule.
Employee Stock Purchase Plan
The Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) is designed to allow employees to become partial owners of Argon ST at a substantial discount. Employees may purchase Argon ST stock (Nasdaq: STST) through payroll deductions of 1-10% of earnings on an after tax basis. The price of the shares will be the LESSER of 95% of the fair market value of the stock on the initial Enrollment Date or 95% of the fair market value of the stock on the date the shares are purchased.Enrollment for the ESPP occurs in December and June.
Adoption Program

Argon ST is a family oriented company committed to providing support to families through our benefits program and flexible management approach. The Adoption Program is a wonderful program that assists eligible employees with the financial demands associated with adoption.
Eligible full-time employees may be reimbursed up to $10,000 for expenses associated with the adoption of a child ($12,000 for a special needs child). Eligible expenses must be incurred while employed at Argon ST . Argon ST reserves the right to change benefits at any time.
